About the Japanese characters in the header image…
Genchi Genbutsu (現地現物) generally means ‘go and see for yourself’ or ‘go to the source of the problem’. In either case it’s the Japanese way of saying ‘don’t assume anything’. The only true way to know what is happening in paid search or any other online marketing channel (or any other part of any other industry) is to take a look first hand. Walk the shop floor - learn the process. Only then will you be able put into context the reports and dashboards in front of you.
